Lock Changes
- Change one lock to allow entrance during the Redemption / Auction status.
- Change all locks to matching key codes, and install hasps and padlocks where necessary after redemption.
- Change all locks to matching key codes after a break in.
Trash Out and Debris Removal
Our team is ready to handle trash outs at any size.While we enjoy smaller trash-outs, we regularly complete trash-outs over 100cy. We will remove all debris, and any appliances that are in bad shape or non working and leave the interior in broom swept condition.
Initial Cleaning Services
We will provide a thorough, one-time deep clean to prepare a vacant home or unit for its next use. Including removing dust and small debris, cleaning floors, baseboards, windowsills, kitchens, and bathrooms, wiping down all surfaces, and ensuring the property is clean and move-in ready.
Initial Landscape
Curb appeal is everything. We provide a detailed initial lawn cut that includes trimming all areas needed (including cracks in concrete), spraying all trimmed areas to prevent regrowth, fence line cleanup, sapling and vine removal, tree and bush trimming, and applying mulch in all designated areas to make your property look as good or better than every other house on the block if possible.

Winterizations
Protect your property from freezing water lines. We will turn off the water at the meter or main and disconnect the meter if allowed. After draining the water heater and turning the breaker off, we will pressurize the system and open up each faucet until there is no water left in the lines. Then we will pour environment friendly RV antifreeze down every drain and attach winterization tags.
Routine Interior Cleans
Keep your property fresh and clean for prospective visitors with monthly interior inspections and touch up cleaning. We will remove small debris left behind by guests, and sweep and wipe surfaces where necessary.
